Terms of Service

The product

We create personalized beginning-reader books based on the details you provide. Each book is custom-made and not resold.

Original stories and characters

We do not use trademarked characters, team logos, or copyrighted artwork. Stories and characters are original works inspired by the themes and details you submit.

Production and shipping

Most one-time paperback and hardcover orders ship within 7–10 business days. Digital PDF orders are delivered within about 5 business days. Shipping timelines depend on carrier conditions.

Subscriptions

The Monthly Book Club bills monthly until canceled. You can cancel any time by replying to your latest order email or by writing to us — your next billing cycle will be stopped. We don't refund the current cycle if a book has already gone into production.

Revisions and returns

Because every book is custom-made, we don't accept generic returns — but if there's a problem with the book (printing defect, our mistake, damage in transit), email us and we'll make it right.

Limitation of liability

We make no guarantee of specific reading outcomes. The books are designed to be confidence-building and fun; learning to read is ultimately the result of practice and the support of caring adults.

Updates

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
