Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to make your custom book and deliver it to you.

What we collect

From you: your name, email, shipping address (for physical books), the personalization details you enter about your child — name, age, appearance, reading level, themes, and any optional notes — and any reference photos you choose to upload.

From our payment processor: a payment confirmation. We do not see or store your card details — payment is handled entirely by the processor.

How we use it

We use these details only to create and ship your custom book and to contact you about your order. We never sell personal information, and we never use your child's details or photos for marketing or advertising.

Service providers

Like most small businesses, we rely on a few trusted service providers to run the shop, and we share with each one only what it needs to do its job: payment processing, photo hosting, AI-assisted illustration, order storage, email delivery, printing, and website hosting.

AI-assisted illustration. We use AI tools to help create your book's illustrations. The appearance details and any reference photos you provide are processed by an AI illustration service solely to draw your child's character and their favorite things for your book.

Children's information

Details about a child are provided by the purchasing adult and used only to personalize the book. We do not publicly display child names, photos, or likeness details and do not use them for marketing.

Retention

Uploaded photos are deleted after your first book is delivered. Order records are kept for tax and customer-service purposes. Other personalization details can be deleted on request — email us and we'll remove them.
